Practice to Profit privacy

What stays in your browser—and what you choose to send.

Plain-language summary

Your 24 Practice Pulse answers and six raw area totals stay in your browser and are not stored. Contact details and Practice Pulse Review request information are stored only when you submit the relevant form.

The Practice Pulse Check

Before the Practice Pulse Check begins, the form collects your name, email address, phone number, and consent so Dr. Meera can follow up about the Practice Pulse Check and related Practice to Profit information.

Your 24 Practice Pulse answers and six raw area totals remain in browser memory and are not stored. Your calculated priority area also remains in your browser. Taking the Check does not automatically attach any result to a Practice Pulse Review request.

The Practice Pulse Check is a practice self-reflection aid. It is not a clinical assessment, psychometric instrument, diagnosis, supervision, or measure of professional competence.

The Practice Pulse Review request

The request form collects your name, email address, phone number, location or time zone, years in practice, practice context, chosen priority area, current practice question, desired clarity, follow-up preference, and consent.

The chosen priority area is the area you deliberately select on the request form. It is not copied from your browser-only result. The request information is used only to review and respond to your Practice Pulse Review request by email or phone. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

What we do not ask for or add

  • Your individual 24 Practice Pulse answers, six raw area totals, or automatically calculated priority area.
  • IP addresses or user agents in Pulse Check contact or Review request records.
  • Analytics identifiers or advertising-cookie data.
  • The form does not ask for patient or client-identifying information. Please do not include it.

Retention and deletion

Practice Pulse Check contact records and Practice Pulse Review request records become inaccessible 12 months after the original submission. Repeat submissions do not extend that period.

Earlier cohort application records remain subject to the same retention and deletion process; they are not relabelled as Practice Pulse Review requests.

Expired records are removed during subsequent server cleanup. To request earlier deletion, email support@practicetoprofit.com.
